The ZBU Series offer a wide range of machines designed for automatic capping of various plastic bottle types and any type of caps. The capping modules may be equipped with from 1 to 10 heads.
The production output of the machines ranges from 3 000 – 12 000 bottles per hour.
By default the machines are equipped in stainless steel and Plexiglas covers around the work zones in line with the CE standards.
The simple construction and high quality of the materials used prevent the capping machines from causing any exploitation problems. The machines are easy to operate. The module's capping heads are stocked with magnetic gears. The machines can be additionally supplied with UV lams that allow for product preservation.
The machines are equipped in safety end switches that shut them down in case of an overload which is beneficial for the exploitation durability.
The machines are supplied with the caps presence sensor. This ensures that in case of the caps deficit the sensor toggles the standby mode putting the work cycle to a halt. In addition the machines have bottle presence sensors controlling the work if necessary.
The ZBU Series capping machines may be additionally supplemented with modules supporting SPORT-CAPS.
