The machines are designed for rinsing, filling and capping bottles of 5 gallon (18,9 l) capacity. Their construction is based on three modules: rinsing, filling and capping sections. The tunnel-type rinsing module performs a work cycle that includes the initial bottle rinsing, disinfection and final rinsing. The washing solvent can be steam or electric heated. The machines are equipped in an automatic system which transports the bottles through the rinsing module to the filling and capping modules. Each device has a single filling head with two-stage filling process preventing the undesired medium loss. The machine's capping module has a single automatically operated head. The entire construction including the piping is made from AISI 304 stainless steel.
Our machines are easy to both operate and maintain which is further facilitated by detachable elements which make the internal parts of the rinsing module easily accessible. The washing and rinsing processes may be visually monitored through the windows placed along the tunnel.
The option of manual capping available at clients request. Vacuum cleaning of plastic caps.
