The machines of the JS and JG Series are designed to saturate water with carbon dioxide and mix it with syrup. The devices are completely automated. They are made completely of stainless steel enabling long-term exploitation.
The machines are characterized by simple structure which lowers their defectiveness and allows for them to be operated by moderately qualified mechanics. The machines are adapted to cleaning in the CIP (cleaning-in-place) cycle and equipped with the cleaning heads. The design for their construction was directed by the sanitary considerations.
The JS type pre-mixers are equipped with a plunger pump that enables precise assignment and support of specified parameters. Before the carbon dioxide saturation process water undergoes deaeration which allows for high efficiency saturation in temperatures of up to 12 ° C.
