The Arrow Series machines are designed for the bottling plants of medium and high output. These typical rotary machines serve the purpose of conditioning consumption liquids with an output of up to 20 000 bottles per hour. Depending on the chosen options the machines can operate with diverse types of containers, such as glass or PET, different types of caps (cork stoppers, aluminum screw caps, twist-off type caps, etc.). Variety of versions allows for bottling of many liquids including mineral water, carbonated beverages, and beer among others. Another possibility offered is bottling cooking oil with the use of the volumetric method.
The machines of this series are based on the modular structure. The construction includes a rinsing, filling and capping modules. The modules are interconnected and powered by a single central motor.
The machines are designed to meet all European safety regulations and are CE branded. Highest quality components from acclaimed worldwide vendors are used to manufacture the machines.
The compact design of our machines enables significant savings in space and number of personnel required to operate the production line.
Depending on the supported container type or the bottling type the machines of this series can be divided into the following categories:
- Arrow PET - designed for filling the PET bottles of 0.2 – 0.3 l capacity with mineral water (still or carbonated), sweet beverages, kvass type drinks or beer.
- Arrow Glass - designed for filling glass bottles capped with adaptable-thread aluminum screw caps with the liquids akin to those of the PET Series – mineral water, sweet beverages, kvass type drinks or beer.
- Arrow Volumetric - designed for filling glass or PET bottles with cooking oil using the volumetric method.
- Arrow NC - designed for filling PET bottles of 3.0 – 7.0 l capacity with still mineral water.
- Arrow Clean - designed for electronic-controlled filling of glass, HDPE or PET bottles with short-term expiry dates.
