Integrated Cleaning System CIP

CIP - High higiene of work

The production lines work within a closed system during the cleaning process. A remote system is based on the cooperation of the cleaned machines with a central CIP station. It is based on maintenance-free, microprocessor-controlled cleaning of individual machine components, such as the filling component of a filling machine or carbonator. The CIP station consists of a series of tanks containing chemical solvents and a CIP device. The station is connected with a machine by means of a piping installation and cleans its individual components upon switching of valves.

The cleaning component may run separately, for instance, for a carbonator and then to a filling machine or it may run collectively through the entire preparatory and medium bottling setup. It is based on the combined operation of valves, level sensors, pumps, heaters and other executive components controlled by a microprocessor (driver).

The filling machines both in "monobloc" and "tribloc" are equipped with specialized tooling designed for cleaning of the filling section within a closed system.

Machine controlling system

The filling machines manufactured at our company are equipped with modern controlling systems (based on microprocessor drivers cooperating with control elements such as: optical sensors, water gauges, flow meters, end switches or pressure sensors) and executive components: electromagnetic valves, switches, electric motors, etc. The microprocessor work is based on the software that examines the processing signals and compiles them into individual commands, i.e. executive signals. The machine's operational process is controlled at every stage. This is aided by the visualizations displayed on the microprocessor's monitors: all failures are indicated on the display allowing the service staff localize and fix them quickly.

The controlling systems are not limited to single machines but based on separate microprocessors provide control over the entire series of production lines so that in case of, for instance, blocking of consecutive parts of the line the work speed of preceding machines might be reduced by delaying the conveyor among others.

Production processes controlling systems are equipped with cutting edge means adequate for the given products, e.g. in case of foamy liquids an ultrasonic level control system.

Efficient design systems of both the preparation of technical documentation and programming are the foundations of prime machine manufacturing. The process of designing the machines is reinforced by a modern spatial drawing graphic system. The materials used for manufacturing of our filling machines are adjusted to the European standards requirements and correspond with the medium needs. Prime manufacturing of the machines is based on the use of machine tools that guarantee high realization quality and, or even more importantly, on the highly qualified staff that assembles and creates the machines.
